San Mateo County: Nearly half of Filipino COVID-19 cases linked to long-term care facilities

San Mateo County has reported 117 deaths due to COVID-19 and 13 of the total fatalities were Filipino. According to county data, nearly half of the Filipinos who tested positive and died from COVID-19 were associated with long-term care facilities.
